LIFT WITH US

Heading We are Danni and Mimi. We founded Lift Studio Ldn in 2019 and found our happy place studio in 2020 during the global pandemic. We wanted to create a safe space, for a community of women to get strong, learn to lift and build confidence.

We wanted a studio to reflect our ethos and why we love what we do. 

We will never ask you how much you have lost, only what you have gained.

The process

Join our waitlist to be the first to know when consultation slots are available and recieve founder membership discounts. Once you are on the waitlist we will send you a link to book our 121 movement analysis where we will get to know how you move a little better and you can get a sense of how we work. We will then suggest a personal structure for you and a membership that suits your schedule. We can then book you in for our Foundation, Classic or Ultimate membership. Once you are all signed up you can choose the class times you wish to book and book a week in advance for your slots.

Foundation

      Monthly £250 (28 per session)​

Classic

     Monthly £325 (£25 per sesion)

  • Gym access outside group sessions*

  • *seasonal opening hours, released fortnightly

Ultimate

​     Monthly £442 (£17 per session)

We have created monthly programs to ideally be done over 3 months. These are not classes, but instead, small group personal training sessions. We will work with no more than 8 people in one class, 4 people training at any one time whilst the other half of the class rests. 

We want every single client to gain something out of our coaching sessions. 

Knowledge, confidence, great form, weight on the bar, a rep, friends, strength, joy for training.
