How do the sessions work? At Lift Studio LDN, we focus on barbell training — because that’s where you get the most bang for your buck. No jumping around, no high-impact chaos — just smart, effective, low-impact strength training that gets results. Each session is built around core lifts that drive real progress: Strength Up: Squats & Overhead Press Glow Up: Push-Ups & Pull-Ups Level Up: Bench Press & Bulgarian Split Squats Power Up: Deadlifts & Hip Thrusts Our sessions are designed to be effective, focused, and enjoyable: ✓ Personalized Coaching: With a maximum of 6 people per coach, you’ll get individual attention and tailored guidance. ✓ Optimal Session Length: Each session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes, giving you time to execute your big lifts properly and rest between sets. ✓ Full-Body Workouts: Every session covers all major movement patterns, ensuring balanced strength and muscle development. This structured, barbell-based approach helps you make the most of your time at Lift Studio LDN — with expert coaching, intentional programming, and an empowering training environment designed to help you lift strong and feel strong.
How does the programming work? Our programming is designed to maximize your progress over a 16-week block, divided into three phases. We strategically incorporate various sets and rep ranges to optimize your strength and muscle growth. Each session is a full-body workout, ensuring optimal frequency and covering all movement patterns. This approach promotes muscle development, strength gains, and toning—and we can't resist giving some extra love to the booty! Our programs are low-impact and scaleable to all fitness levels. Best of all there are no burpees! Instead, we focus on effective, enjoyable exercises that deliver results without with minimal effort. You really can do less and gain more.
Do I have to Commit to the Same Sessions Each Week? No — you don’t have to commit to the same sessions each week. Sessions are released exactly one week in advance, giving you the flexibility to book what suits your schedule. For best results, we recommend sticking to a consistent routine — but if you can’t make your usual day, no problem! You’ll be able to book another session that week to keep your training on track.
Are the Sessions Hard to Get Into? While we’re a popular London studio, we never run above 70% capacity. It’s important to us that you can always get your sessions in. Our goal is to see you lifting consistently and making progress. While you might occasionally join a waitlist, you’ll almost always be able to book your first-choice session without any hassle.
