Our Clapham location is currently full, but you can still secure your spot to join our amazing community of women lifters.

We run new intakes every 5–10 weeks, depending on capacity. A few weeks before each intake, we invite people from our WhatsApp group to book a quick call — this helps us ensure it’s a great fit and gives you a chance to ask any questions. After your call, you can pay a deposit to secure your place.
